Caps, Gowns and Commencement Fair

All graduates are provided with a cap and gown for Commencement day. Learn more about the process for ordering and picking up below.

Ordering and Pickup of Caps and Gowns

Graduates are able to order their cap and gown online from January 8 to February 21. Instructions and the link to order was sent to graduates’ emails the morning of January 8, and several reminders will be sent throughout the order period.

Graduates who order regalia and select to pick it up on campus will be able to do so at the Commencement Fair on Tuesday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus. Graduates who select to have their regalia shipped will receive it at the address entered.

If you did not order your cap and gown online, you will still be able to pick one up at the Commencement Fair.

If you are not able to attend the Commencement Fair in person, someone else may pick up your cap and gown.

Your regalia package will include your cap, tassel, gown, and a hood. They are free of charge and yours to keep; they do not need to be returned.

Commencement Fair

The Commencement Fair will be taking place in the Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus on Tuesday, April 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Graduates will be able to pick up their cap and gown (if they selected on campus pick-up), and also enjoy music, photos, treats, giveaways, games and more!
