Ordering and Pickup of Caps and Gowns

Graduates will be able to order their cap and gown online from February 5 to February 15. Instructions and the link to order will be sent to graduates’ emails on February 5.

Graduates who have ordered regalia and selected to pick it up on campus will be able to do so at Commencement Fair on Tuesday, April 16 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Recreation Center. Graduates who selected to have their regalia shipped will receive it at the address entered.

If you did not order your cap and gown online, you will still be able to pick one up at the Commencement Fair.

Your regalia package will include your cap, tassel, gown and a hood. They are free of charge and yours to keep; they do not need to be returned. Note that honors cords are not included in this package; they are handed out at Commencement check-in.

Cords

Honors cords denoting the university academic honors of Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude will be distributed the day of the ceremonies at the graduate check in. Individual honor society cords and student organization cords are the responsibility of the respective society or organization. Please see your honor society or student organization adviser for further information.

Commencement Fair

The Commencement Fair will be taking place in the Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus (and located in the same building as the new RecWell Center and Burt Kahn Court) on Tuesday, April 16 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Graduates will be able to pick up their cap and gown (if they selected on campus pick-up), and also enjoy music, photos, treats, giveaways, games and more!
